- Items that are opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as toothbrushes, dental floss, and other personal care products are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
